How do I track my order?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

What payment method do we accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal 

Can I modify my order?

Once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components.

Can I cancel my order?

Requesting a cancellation is not possible. By completing your pruchase, you agree to our terms of use.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait to receive it and process to a return.

Where is my order?

The tracking number has been automatically sent to the mail that was used making the purchase.

Standard delivery

FRANCE DELIVERY:

Home delivery: 2-5 working days. The shipping costs is 4.90€.

Pick-up: 3-6 working days. The shipping costs is 2.90€, and free above 90€.

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY:

Delivery times for the rest of Europe is usually 3-7 working days. The shipping coasts is for :

Spain, Portugal and Netherlands:

Home delivery: 6,90€

Pick-up: 4,49€ and free above 90€

Belgium and Luxembourg:

Home delivery: 6,90€

Pick-up: 3,49€ and free above 90€

FOR THE REST OF UE:

Home delivery: 7,90€

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY:

Delivery time for international orders are 7-13 working days approximately.

If your shipment is international, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the origin.

In specific cases, delays may occur due to holidays or external causes and orders may take longer than usual. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact our customer service at contact@relatableclo.com with your name and order number.

International shipments

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to pay fees, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. Relatable takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses. 

The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.

We hope to add more countries soon.

For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.

I didn't receive my order

Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services that are processing your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery. 

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order: 

Wrong address: we recommend checking if the provided address is correct.

Failed deliveries: Colissimo and Mondial Relais will try up to to deliver the package. Then, they can leave it in a parcel shop. 

If, finally, the order cannot be delivered and is being returned to the sender, once the package has been received at our warehouse, we will issue your refund. We don't re-ship your orders.

I haven't received the confirmation email

Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.

If you do not find it, you can write to contact@relatableclo.com or on our chatbot and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it. 

If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you used for your purchase is the correct one.

Returns and Refunds

What is our return policy?

Returns by delivery company:

If you bought online, you can also return your items by mail. Since the date of shipment, you have 15 days to register your return request through this form. You only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive both the return label by email as well as the refund in the original method of payment, through an IBAN number or in store credit.

Relatable is not responsible for the amounts paid for delivery logistics efforts, and we don’t refund shipping costs.

The price of the return is: In France 3-8€ / 6-10€ for European Union ans can be more than 15€ outside European Union.

How can I exchange my order/get a refund?

We do not accept exchanges, only returns can be made.

Damaged Items

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, request it through this form.

All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Important: Once we receive your order in our warehouse, it goes through an inspection process.We reserve the right to accept or reject the return.If the return is in bad condition (stained, broken, or other product that is not from our shop) we will not accept it and will not issue a refund.
